Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking transportation services with The Enchanted Chariot, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all reservations made through our website, phone, or third-party booking platforms.

2. Reservations

All reservations must be made in advance and are subject to vehicle availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information including:

​

  • Pickup location

  • Drop-off location

  • Travel time

  • Flight information (when applicable)

​

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in service delays or additional charges.

3. Payment & Billing

Payment may be required at the time of booking or prior to service.

​

Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, or online payment platforms.

​

Payments are securely processed through Stripe, and The Enchanted Chariot does not store full credit card numbers.

​

By submitting payment information, customers authorize The Enchanted Chariot to charge the payment method on file for:

​

  • Base transportation services

  • Wait time charges

  • Additional stops

  • Cleaning or damage fees

  • Service adjustments permitted under these Terms & Conditions

4. Wait Time, Additional Stops, and After-Hours Fees

Pre-booked services are subject to applicable wait time, additional stops, delays, and after-hours fees in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Additional charges may apply under the following circumstances:

​

  • Passenger wait times beyond the scheduled pickup time

  • Additional stops not included in the original reservation

  • Delays caused by passengers or itinerary changes

  • Services requested outside standard operating hours

​

These fees may be charged to the payment method on file.

5. Grace Periods

To accommodate travel delays, the following grace periods may apply.

​

Airport Pickups

Up to 30 minutes after flight arrival.

​

Non-Airport Pickups

Up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.

 

After the grace period expires, wait-time charges may begin automatically.

6. Airport Pickups & Flight Monitoring

When flight information is provided, The Enchanted Chariot may monitor flight status to adjust pickup timing when possible.

​

Extended waiting beyond the grace period may result in additional wait-time charges.

7. Cancellation Policy

Reservations canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time may qualify for a partial or full refund depending on the reservation type.

​

Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to full service charges.

​

Failure to cancel prior to the scheduled pickup time may be considered a no-show and result in full charges.

​

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.

8. No-Show Policy

A reservation will be considered a no-show if the passenger:

​

  • Fails to arrive within the allowed wait period

  • Cannot be reached using the provided contact information

  • Leaves the pickup location without notifying the company

​

No-shows will result in full service charges.

​

9. Passenger Conduct

For the safety and comfort of all passengers and drivers:

​

  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited

  • Smoking or vaping inside vehicles is not permitted

  • Excessive damage or contamination may result in cleaning fees

  • ​

The Enchanted Chariot reserves the right to terminate service if passenger behavior threatens safety or violates these terms.

10. Child Safety Seat Disclaimer

Child safety seats may be available upon request.

Parents or guardians are responsible for:

​

  • Requesting the appropriate seat type

  • Ensuring the child is properly secured

  • Verifying applicable safety requirements

​

Child seats are provided as a courtesy service, and The Enchanted Chariot is not responsible for misuse once the passenger assumes custody of the seat.

11. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Fees

Passengers are responsible for damage caused to vehicles including but not limited to:

​

  • Interior stains or spills

  • Vomit or bodily fluids

  • Broken equipment

  • Upholstery damage

  • Smoke or odor contamination

​

Cleaning or repair fees may range from $150 to $500 or more depending on severity.

Customers authorize The Enchanted Chariot to charge the payment method on file for any required cleaning or repair costs.

12. Service Refusal

The company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if:

​

  • Passenger behavior is unsafe or aggressive

  • Illegal activity occurs

  • Vehicle safety is compromised

​

No refunds will be issued if service is terminated due to passenger misconduct.

13. Event & Special Occasion Transportation

For weddings, celebrations, or special events:

​

  • Additional scheduling buffers may be recommended

  • Schedule adjustments must be communicated in advance

  • Extended service time may incur additional hourly charges

14. Travel Delay Disclaimer

The Enchanted Chariot is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including:

​

  • Traffic congestion

  • Road closures

  • Weather conditions

  • Airport delays

  • Theme park traffic

  • Construction zones

  • Accidents or emergency road conditions

​

Customers should allow adequate travel time when scheduling transportation.

15. Force Majeure

The Enchanted Chariot shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, or major infrastructure disruptions.

16. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact The Enchanted Chariot directly to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

​

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent refusal of future services

  • Collection actions

  • Legal enforcement of outstanding balances

​

Reservation records and service documentation may be used to dispute chargebacks.

17. Modifications to Terms

The Enchanted Chariot reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website.

18. Photography & Recording Consent

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that you and members of your party may be photographed, video recorded, or otherwise captured for promotional and marketing purposes. You grant The Enchanted Chariot the irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute such media, in whole or in part, across our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials, without compensation or further notice. If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, you must notify us in writing prior to your scheduled service.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
